If you wish to return your purchase, please read and understand your specific terms & conditions, which are included with your Proforma invoice/Quotation (which encompasses the INQUIRY/Estimate Quotation sent by email prior to purchase.)
GUIDELINE
Send us an email requesting a Return, Repair, Refund or Replace & the reason “why”.
A “Return Authorisation Form, “RAF”, will be emailed for completion.
Forward all relevant attachments & proof of purchase explaining your reason & your solution to remedy. DRD(NZ) will attempt to resolve your issue speedily & amicably.
DRD(NZ) will then advise the process which is subject to below. (The Process)
Dependent upon, your location, the value, time period and reason for return, will affect the return’s process. We will advise you of any costs involved, & the process by email, which will vary according to your unique order.
Thus, the final conditions for returns, fall within the requirements of the supplier, taking into consideration the extra time required for shipment from you to DRD(NZ), who in turn need to process and return (where applicable) to Supplier in U.S.A., notwithstanding your rights under N.Z. Law, the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act. The laws of their local jurisdiction are the governing law covering the supplier.
Return Timelines
The following items may be returned for exchange or return.
(Additionally*, Supplier’s may recover up to a 15% restocking fee, if received by DRD(NZ) from you, outside these timelines. Thus it is essential to request a RAF by email prior to return, to allow for permission, & the specific process to follow. Note Supplier’s are quite understanding if delay is caused by uncontrollable shipping-related reasons.

What else do I need to know?
Upon Supplier receiving, checking and processing your return (sent by DRD(NZ)),- Supplier will authorize DRD(NZ) to exchange, replace or credit via original payment method where appropriate:
Return products must be in original condition, and include all supplied packaging and original grading certificates and copies of invoices, delivery waybills etc. If grading certificate is not received with the item returned, you will be liable for a replacement certificate being re-issued from the original lab in USA/Overseas.

Items returned must be insured for the full value you paid.
Additional fees may apply for abuse of return privilege, not following guidelines, and/or shipping back of substituted items could result in full repudiation of claims with legal costs, or civil/criminal charges being laid for fraud.
