When you order, Diamond Rings-Direct(NZ)Ltd, import your specific order on your behalf, clear customs, check the goods, have the items independently appraised (*optional at your expense), then courier insured direct to you. You will be advised beforehand of the expected date of despatch & delivery.        

Covid or other pandemics & Acts of God could occur to delay. You will be advised as to ETA (Expected Time of Arrival) at time of Proforma Invoice/Quotation.

Fedex & Courierpost are the preferred couriers. (Using Signature required & Tracking) This enables constant tracking & feedback to you of your order timeline & progress.

Currency of Transactions

The prices quoted in bold are New Zealand Dollars, converting for convenience from the US$ pricing showing in italics, excluding local GST (value for NZ)

Minimum Order (may be several items, but minimum cumulative Proforma Invoice amount inc GST must be $NZ750.)

DRD(NZ) RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND THE PRICE ACCORDINGLY if the fluctuation price exceeds 3%. ie in Exchange Rate &/or metal price/average weights of  metals diamonds/gems.

NB Due to above, any fees and charges determined by your credit card company, Paypal or the payment provider you choose, the final amount charged to your card account may differ.

NB Payment is usually by Electronic Funds Transfer, in full prior to order, denominated in the NZ Dollar amount as per your Proforma Invoice, with you paying all charges.

Once work has commenced on a Special or Custom Order it cannot be cancelled. All other orders may be cancelled if we receive your notification before the goods are shipped, subject to the right to recover all expenses incurred by DRD(NZ) &/or SUPPLIER  . Returns Policy

DRD(NZ), utilize Fedex Priority(International) or DHL & Courierpost Trackpack, Insured overnight delivery to you & subject to area, (add one day extra.) All signature-required. If you may not be available to accept delivery please ensure you advise in writing before shipping. ID eg Drivers Licensce/Passport must be produced.

NB Shipping times average 14-21 days, dependent if in-stock, or to be made/assembled. (Clarified in advance)

Manufacturing/Delivery time-frame, will be indicated by Supplier; ie shipping date plus allow approximately 10 work days to door.

 (Due to COVID, Acts of God, &/or other restrictions, we reserve the right to double this time-frame if this is beyond control.)

Christmas Shipping Deadlines

Last Christmas orders by 20th November please. Exceptions will require special approval.

DRD(NZ) Do not charge you DIRECTLY for Shipping/Courier from USA/Overseas to NZ, including Customs charges & Duties.  DRD(NZ) pay this amount & recover this cost off their inclusive commission.

An amount equivalent to the NZ GST, is only added on in a sum format, in the final Cart “My Quote” & within the Proforma Invoice.

If your shipment is being delivered elsewhere other than New Zealand, then the included NZ import duty & charges will be removed from the quoted price & NZ GST will not apply. however you are responsible for paying any regulatory fees associated with receiving your shipment in your own country.

Please advise your delivery address at time of Inquiry, so DRD(NZ) can confirm the amended price you need to pay on your specific Proforma Invoice. In most cases, the shipping will be shown separately to the Proforma-invoice pricing. You may however need to repay fedex/courier for local import duties &  customs charges, (& perhaps local re-routing courier charges), dependent upon your location. eg If remote. 

DRD(NZ) Reserve the right to exclude shipping to certain countries, for whatever reason.

The order will usually be “dropshipped” directly from Supplier in USA/OVERSEAS to you, by Fedex Insured Priority/DHL. They may make use of a local insured courier in your area if remote. Please ask for this information upfront & DRD(NZ) will obtain an approximate estimate for your locality costs.
