Our Undertaking:

3. Match description.(Detailed description, exact measurements & estimates of average weights in writing. Photographs from many angles &/or video clips. Enlarged to show detail. Independent Laboratory Grading Certificates available on most Gems & Diamonds.

DRD(NZ)  will work on an individual basis with each customer to develop solutions for returned orders.

What does our ring & cast jewellery warranty cover?

For a period of one year from the date of purchase, DRD(NZ) will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace your Cast Ring, Earrings, Pendants, Brooches, or Bangles  that malfunction due to manufacturing defects  in casting or metallurgical errors.eg  Porosity or cracking due to the casting process, which are not expected during normal wear, excluding all force & accidental damage.

If any occur , DRD(NZ)  will replace or repair your piece of jewellery free of charge at their own discretion.

In conjunction with supplier, their decisions will be final.

NB This limited-warranty does not cover theft or loss or damage in part or whole.                  

You are advised to insure your jewellery against theft, loss, or accidental damage.
